BCCDA Mentorship Pilot Project

Welcome to Mentorship Pilot Project website!

Due to a surge of recent registrations, we have requested an extension on the Pilot and will continue to accept registrations.

All participants will have access to the platform at least until November 28th.

If you do not have a registration code, please visit https://websurvey.srdc.org/s/mentoring-partnerships to sign up for the pilot.

The pilot is being evaluated by the BC Centre for Employment Excellence (CfEE) to determine its effectiveness in supporting the professional development needs of practitioners as well as its role in equipping practitioners to provide services and supports to BC job seekers. The findings of this research project will inform the project funders and the BCCDA about the longer term viability of supporting practitioners through a formal mentorship program.

This website will let you sign up as a mentor, mentee, or both! You can search for a mentor, or notify others of your availability to mentor them.

All participants will be provided with training in effective mentorship skills and strategies before engaging as a mentor or mentee. All training materials have been developed in partnership by BCCDA and SkillPlan.
